MIDDLEMISS NAMED NATIONAL PLAYER OF THE YEAR

The National Premier Soccer League (NPSL) is proud to announce that Sonoma County Sol forward Ross Middlemiss has been selected as the 2013 NPSL National Player of the Year.

The former Sonoma State star has been with the Sol since 2009.  He has experience playing overseas with German side TSG Thannhausen and HV & CV Quick in the Netherlands.  
 
Middlemiss registered 14 goals and 7 assists over 16 starts, including 1 U.S. Open Cup qualifier.  He was a workhorse for the Sol, averaging 84 minutes per game.   
 
Middlemiss had already been named to the NPSL Supporters’ XI last weekend.
 
The league’s teams and leadership would like to congratulate Ross Middlemiss on receiving this prestigious award!
